Just a quick note that this is the forum for CS Review.
That being said there will be no conflict if you install the suite with the new suite serial number, but in affect you will be using both serial numbers. You can de-serialize via the Help menu. Choose Deactivate Permanently instead of Suspend. Then install the suite and serialize, and it will serialize InDesign. Now the InDesign serial number is free for use on up to two computers again.
